Tidal & Co. was built on a simple belief: a salon visit should leave you feeling better, not just looking better.
We opened in Portsmouth in 2018 because we saw a gap between the rushed, high-volume salons and the ultra-luxury boutiques. We wanted something in between: a place with genuine skill, real conversation, and the kind of calm that lets you actually relax in the chair.
Our team is small on purpose. Everyone here has years of experience and a genuine investment in doing their best work. We don't rush consultations. We don't overbook. We give every client the time they deserve.

Owner & Lead Stylist
Claire has been behind the chair for over twelve years. She trained in Boston and opened Tidal & Co. in 2018 with a vision for a calmer, more intentional salon experience. She specializes in color and balayage.

Senior Stylist
Jade brings eight years of experience and a particular love for precision cuts and lived-in color. She has a loyal following of clients who have followed her from salon to salon.
